Two weeks and five attempts later, you finally appeared to send somebody competent enough to deliver on what you began billing me for two weeks ago - a second line.

Thank you.

But… You didn’t.

See, you disconnected my first line today while installing my second line.

Well, at least the gentleman left his business card and told me to call him with any problems.

Except that his address is wrong.

And his phone number is disconnected.

No, I don’t want to wait until Monday to play “technician roulette” with you again.
